Court Report Live Blog: Brandon Roy tempers his optimism

Both Brandon Roy and Marcus Camby returned to practice for the Blazers Wednesday, but both remain questionable for the coming weekend's games. Roy, in particular, appears to have been overly-optimistic about in terms about how ready he is to return to the Blazers' active roster:

"Maybe I got a little ahead of myself there. (Coach McMillan) and Rich Cho, they kind of reeled me back in a little bit. They don't want to put a day on when I'm going to come back. I think (returning this weekend) is out. But hopefully I can be back as soon as possible."

Fantasy owners are certainly warranted in getting him back on rosters - he was added in over 19,000 leagues yesterday - but they need to temper their own optimism when it comes to expected impact. In 35 minutes per game to this point, a number he won't match (or approach?) going forward, Roy has averaged 16.6 points on 40-percent shooting, 1.1 threes, 3 boards, 3.3 assists, and 1.1 steals.

The Hawks are thinking about a lineup change, and possibly a trade before the deadline, that could shake things up for a team that has been falling into a comfort zone, according to Larry Drew. The Hawks lost to the 76ers by 34 points Tuesday, but were without Al Horford. The Hawks aren't exactly struggling overall and aren't loaded with tremendous fantasy options waiting in the wings, but the one move that could pay dividends for fantasy owners is Jeff Teague replacing Mike Bibby. Teague has played very sporadically all season, however, so there's not a significant chance that it happens - just keep an eye out for updates over the next few days, with the Hawks off until Saturday.

Those of you still waiting for Mehmet Okur to come back and have some kind of impact in fantasy leagues have to wait at least another month or so, as he's inflamed a chronic disc condition in his back and has to shut it down for the next three weeks. Okur has averaged 4.9 points on 36-percent shooting and 2.3 boards in 13 minutes during 13 games so far this season, yet remains rostered in roughly a quarter of Yahoo! leagues (24%).

Mo Williams practiced Tuesday without any issues but is out Wednesday and doubtful for Friday.

Wednesday's most dropped players (as of 3:15pm PT): DeAndre Jordan, Randy Foye, Carlos Delfino, Darko Milicic, and Ersan Ilyasova
