Michael Bradley wants to be like Roy Keane

Michael Bradley's rise through the ranks of club football continues with his latest stop being a loan spell with Aston Villa. While some would be happy to just be in the Premier League and play when they can, Bradley is making it clear that he's there to bust some skulls and teach the league to call him daddy with his choice of role models.

From the Guardian

"I am a midfielder who likes to give everything he has for the team. [...]

"I have watched all sorts of games from when I was little and watched midfielders obviously. The one I looked up to was Roy Keane and the job he did at Manchester United. The way he was able to be the engine and heart of their team and help them be successful was something to aspire to."

Yep. Michael Bradley is planning to go Roy Keane all over the Premier League. At a young age, Bradley showed that he has the necessary intensity and a fury too strong for hair follicles. So this aspiration is well within the reach of his tightly clenched fists.

Surrender now, Premier League, because if Bradley gets significant playing time with Villa, you can expect a lot of merciless tackles, more merciless tackles, and, of course, determined stares that could melt faces. Patrick Vieira, you better watch yourself
